One of the other ways to look at measuring a neighborhood’s “age-friendliness”, is to determine how safe and friendly it is for those under eight and over eighty. She expected to find patterns in the answers she received and did. However, she reported in that what people left off their lists was as telling as what they included. For example, none of them named prestige or individual success, and hardly anyone mentioned money.
